      Pros

      Very few, except for the couple guys there who are just waiting to find new jobs.

      Cons

      Procurement, they don’t pay bills, they give the worst LOA I’ve ever seen, constantly trying to make up for their crap management off the workers back. DISORGANIZED!! Incompetent!!

      They don’t care about employees, they are constantly trying to screw over staff, they only keep the bad people, you trust what they say.

      Plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. Supportive Management. Friendly/respectful coworkers. Relaxed work environment.

      Cons

      With layoffs in the past and the company still in its infancy, job security can sometimes be on the back of the mind. BUT we've been trending up for a while now.
