Management patronizing and clueless

Pros

There are a lot of opportunities to apply for career advancement and get coaching in how to pursue it.

Cons

Management is extremely shortsighted, has no real vision for growth or improvement, and doesn't listen to employees and customers raising concerns. The culture features toxic positivity on the outside and deep distrust and poor morale on the inside, particularly after extensive layoffs and gutting DEI programs. The company doesn't cover much of the cost of health insurance unless you participate in "wellness" program that is extremely invasive of privacy and penalizes preexisting conditions like overweight or less-than-perfect bloodwork.
