My experience in UBDS was not a positive one and ultimately had a significant impact on me. I would not recommend the Delivery arm of this company to anyone.
Whilst there are some great people; the leadership, processes and culture that underpin the company are not so delightful and not fit for purpose.
Micro aggression, bullying, mistrust, micromanagement and lack of respect for one’s team mates at best, and at worst an environment that seeks to blame, gaslight, discriminate and shame.
I believe that we all should work in environments free from fear where collaboration is foremost. Recognition should be meaningful. A healthy working environment must be inclusive. Everyone regardless of their personal characteristics must be treated fairly. In UBDS leadership do not demonstrate these behaviours and without a doubt this has a negative effect.
