No one is safe from being let go at any time, not even the management. No one at this place lasts more that 6 months with the exception of 1 or 2 top sellers. Even still, after I was let go, I found out a few months later that one of my ex co-workers was fired and she was one of the top sellers! The owner, Gary, does not care one bit for his employees. He only cares about making money. Don't even bother with this place if you're looking for a sales job, or any kind of job for that matter. My manager was constantly worried about losing his job, and he too was eventually let go. No one should have to work for a company where you're in constant fear of being fired. In addition to the fear of being fired, the base salary is only $11.24. You get paid 15% commission on any sales that you close, but only if you meet your monthly quota, which is 10 deals per month. if you don't make 10 deals a month (maybe you only make 6 or 7 that particular month), then you don't get any commission. You are told to tell potential customers that USPAY is part of a Group Purchasing Organization that their office is enrolled in, but more than half the time they have no idea what you're talking about and have never heard of a Group Purchasing Organization. Bottom Line: THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU! YOU ARE JUST ANOTHER DISPOSABLE EMPLOYEE. YOU'RE LUCKY IF YOU MAKE IT PAST 6 MONTHS THERE!!!

They do not disclose to you that the job is more of a try out rather than an actual position. They bring is approximately 7 new sales reps, train you for about 3 days then throw you on the phones for a practice lead list. Very complicated to get anyone on the phone with this list. If you don't perform perfectly within a few days, they let you go. You have no more than 1 week to get it down perfectly, literally 0 mistakes or you are done. Overall, do not take this job, better off getting something with more job security.
