      Extreme micro managing Bullying culture where no complaints are listened to No progression or opportunity Staff are ignored Made to write fake trust pilot reviews Forced to take on lots of different tasks way outside of job description Expertise in my field were ignored

      1. Can't progress in a company like this 2. The upper management had no experience in either buying or marketing. 3. Treated awfully with no respect for staff at all. 4. Marketing Department lacked experience. 5. Most staff are at junior level.

      There was far too many road blocks for me to add any pros.

      Cons

      The owners didn't communicate very well to their own staff unfortunately. Mostly everyone had to report to a PA which was highly unorthodox, considering they were not qualified to make any decisions regarding any department. This led to all the best workers leaving with a no respectful goodbye.
