I had the chance to be working in the office a few months and I like the environment, they give you the opportunity to express what you think, and they gave me a chance to do what I love, I hope the company grows a lot more in this next years.

I hear UC has had difficulties in the past, but this new management team has created a positive work environment. As a new employee, I have benefited from, and taken advantage of, flexible work schedules, cross training and a supportive management team that does not micro manage but rather trusts its employees to get the job done. I find this management approach not only engenders self sufficiency and a desire to do your best, but also inspires loyalty to a company that has instilled so much trust in its employees.
