Don't bother applying. The previous reviews are from workers that currently work there that are working from Latin America and get paid nothing but to them is a lot. Those are the only people that are happy with their role. For sales, everything from the interview all the way through is horrible. The interview was like the hunger games. They put you on a room with 5 other people and just make you fight for the position. When you finally get the position you get promised all this commission to find out they don't don't buy as many houses as you think. I was there 2 months and put of all the appointments I booked which was many they didn't close one! Waste of my time and would not recommend it to anyone!
