What an awful place to work

Pros

"Unlimited" PTO, but that's just to avoid paying out earned PTO when they inevitably lay you off or fire you for random reasons

Cons

Leadership clearly doesn't understand how to organize teams and manage people. They say they're a people-centric culture, but everything they do says the opposite. It's clear that this company only values profit above everything else since they're owned by private capital. Also, there is NO diversity in leadership. ZERO. It's all white people and it's clear how favoritism, especially surrounding race, plays a part in their hiring decisions, and who to keep around.

A culture driven by politics not performance

Pros

Flexible PTO and work-from-home option

Cons

If you're looking for a workplace where performance, hard work, and results are rewarded, look elsewhere. The culture is heavily influenced by favoritism, politics, and perception. Expectations change constantly, accountability is selective, and feedback often depends more on who you're aligned with than the quality of your work. Contributions can be overlooked, while blame is assigned generously. Management talks about growth and development, but in practice it often feels like certain people are set up to succeed while others are set up to explain why they didn't.

Pros

Unlimited PTO and a fair 401K plan.

Cons

Lack of clarity across multiple departments on roles, activity, and how it benefits customers resulting in a total lack of cohesion, loss of productivity, and lack of strategic clarity. Tremendous divide among senior leadership and everyone else -- the "it" people and "not", resulting in a frustrating lack of support, unrealistic expectations, and a poor culture. Territorial hostilities between departments and roles causing needless friction and a blame game. Lack of keeping promises by management. Poor medical benefits. It is not a fun place to work.
