Unum reviews about "training"

Everyone does things differently than what you were trained. Training is awful and are confused for months. When you take pto your work list stacks up and is worse when you return.

I worked there for 8 years, and it was a constant struggle. I had great audit scores, I was always within TAT, and I provided training. I was constantly disrespected and ostracized for trying to do my best with no reward. After 5 years of being a "top performer" with no recognition I started to get bitter. The coworkers are also horrific and wouldn't pee on you if you were on fire. Just mean girl, old white hag mentality that gets you promotions and I just couldn't be that person. Almost a year later and I don't have anxiety anymore or depression. This job is NOT worth it. It's not. I'm thriving elsewhere and appreciated.

Workload can spike suddenly, especially during busy renewal periods. Systems can feel complex at first, and it takes time to understand the “why” behind each process.

Didn't train or help when you didn't understand the process. Fired me after 90 days, when the training period was 1 year long. Had to change desks everyday. The culture and values were horrible. Made me very uncomfortable.

callers can be very difficult and rude at times. Audits are kinda strict

Training could be a little better and more in depth.
