Self-righteous HR and his ad-hoc rules destroying this company High attrition with company focusing on replacing best employees with cheaper alternatives Doesn't value your contribution, many good employees left the company for lack of growth opportunity and appreciation Poor quality chairs

1. Horrendous work life balance: expected to work at the whims and fancy of the management whether it be day, night, weekends or even when you are sick. 2. No appreciation for work put in by engineers. The management thinks they have bought our pride and dignity with our salaries. 3. Upper management is solely focused on increasing customer base without thinking about product stability leading to poor technical decisions which then gets blamed on the engineers.
