I've seen it grow over the past coupe of years, continually adding benefits and making sure your feedback is heard - good or bad - for the betterment of the company. It's exciting to know your voice is heard, and to see continual improvement, satisfaction, and results!
Cons
As a startup company, the compensation is adequate but not necessarily competitive. They make up for it in other ways, like making it a fun place to work and ensuring that you'll see the benefits long-term. It is a startup so it will definitely pay off!
