Pros

~Changes happen frequently, but communication around them could be clearer and more empathetic. ~Adapting to the pace can be challenging if you're not comfortable with change.

Pros

It used to be a great workplace. There was a true culture of kindness, and people assumed positive intent of each other. The core UserTesting product is amazing.

Cons

- Constant layoffs lead to a toxic/anxious culture. Layoffs are juxtaposed with really wasteful expenses all around, which is frustrating. - There can be inept local management for non-US-based teams, and no one will look into it for a long time. - The exec team only cares about themselves and is taking only a quarter-based approach
