I'm sorry, but there aren't any pros here. I was misled at the interview and refused a position in another company and then felt trapped here.
Cons
Where to start? It's a total mess there. The person who interviewed me was fired few days after I started working there, there is no planning, no culture, nothing really works well there. I don't even include this experience on my CV cause it was a joke. I will try just to resume a few points: They lie to you at the interview; if a customer needs help, there's nothing in the system that will allow you to do anything about it and you can't transfer the call to anyone - so be ready to listen to angry customers shouting at you - and they are right. The logistics system is also full of flaws and that's why 99% of calls are from angry people. Honestly, only if you don't have any ambition in life of if you don't care about any work ethic you should work here. Only the masters of gossip can endure in a place like this.
