      1. Get to work on products of latest tech 2. Can get to work on all 3 areas of product security Web, Mobile and System, 3. Can use the Take1 oppurtunity to take any training/certification you want.

      Cons

      Till today i could not think of any but the broadcom acquisition is in progress which is creating a workplace filled with negativity because of the fear of losing the job.
