Good luck getting sick pay, PTO, or working from home they want to work you to death. Leadership is domineering and has zero trust in employees. Pretty sure the whole company is a scam Works you till your burnt out then expects more work Feedback is brutal and unhelpful

Do you want to feel like a crazy person? Imagine being forced to work 7-12s for weeks or you get fired. Then being ridiculed for working too many overtime hours. This is just one of the many wild things I experienced here. I’ve never seen a company lie to their clients and gaslight their employees on such a consistent daily basis. An absolute embarrassment to work for. I watched way too many people get hired and immediately fired for petty reasons. Upper management takes high quality professionals, asks them to do 1 year long projects in a months timeframe then complain that it looks like it got done in 1 month. This constant. The upper management is referring to very rarely enters the factory and has no willingness to listen to his employees whose expertise far surpasses his in their specialty. Very daddy I want another pony behavior and it creates an extremely toxic environment for everyone in the company
