Pros

1) Product Base Company 2) Salary standard is little bit higher compared to other places

Cons

1) If you are into money good for you 2) If you want to downgrade your knowledge go for it 3) They have their own version of Company's Benefits and one of them is they provide Mineral Water. I mean seriously? Why don't you add Oxygen too! 4) Technology used in Android, iOS, and in Backend is too old. Literally too old! They are still using Objective C and JAVA and don't have any plan in near future to upgrade it. 5) Late night and extra work past office time is normal thing! 6) HR is just useless you better don't talk about your issue. 7) Less leaves and sandwich leave rule. 8) Product looks good from outside thanks to Designer team of US but under the hood god help them! 9) They will tell you how to do things in proper manner with rules and regulation and after that they will make you do things that conflict with their own rules and of course now you are responsible for it. 10) Upper management has some kind of unspoken weird attitude like they are from different planet and no respect for other people. 11) List can go on but i will stop here!!

Pros

Paid holidays, including Black Friday and a few other days rarely given off by other employers. 15 days of PTO annually. Most support staff have weekends off. Company pays for Health and Dental care.

Cons

Absolutely no room to grow. No formal training for new employees. Relatively low pay for it being a salaried position and entirely too low when compared to the workload and stressful environment you are put in. Office is understaffed due to a high turnover rate, which puts pressure on the support team when dealing with a high volume of customer complaints via web chat, emails, and phone calls. Changes are constantly made to the software without ever notifying the Support Team. This ends up being a major issue, as customers ask many questions that staff do not have answers to, and many times end up in unresolved problems. There is no overtime pay, do to the position being salary, yet employees are looked down upon and scolded for not staying past their scheduled shifts. Company hesitates to hire new employees in order to cut down costs. Management plays favorites and, act in an unprofessional manner, and act bothered when employees ask for advice on system issues. Vagaro has no HR department so any workplace complaints (which are plentiful) need to be taken to an outside agency. Supervisors treat employees as if they are of minimal intelligence, and are completely oblivious to the stressful environment they have created for their employees. This job is only a small step above retail. Unprofessional all around. Between the customers, incompetent management, and stress, you will be burned out and looking for a new job within months.

Pros

5 Days Working (More working hours. Official timings are 9:30 to 7:00 but everyday it becomes 9:00 to 10:00 or more.) Salary on time. Company Provides Upgraded Systems & works with New Technologies. Referral Bonus is Provided for each refereed candidate. Everyday Snacks and tea/coffee are provided.(They will give u a packet of chips/chocolate/ice creme/juice/buttermilk worth Rs of 5/10 to eat).

Cons

No Management Daily Rules Change. HR Policies change every month according to the company's convenience and no policies are in the welfare or profit of any employee. Rules are different for Senior Employee. HR will literally shout when things go against her. Don't dare to raise your voice against anything unprofessional because the hierarchy won't let your voice raise. Work culture is just Fake. Few seniors will not allow you to grow if you are intelligent. Even senior employee didn't know Good English.Good appraisal for peoples who is ready to work till late in night.Many people feel like jail and leaving the company. If there is release , the Senior employee specially Director is so afraid that he stays till late night to check whether customer are getting issues or not.
