Wonderful team (outside of executive leadership). Thoughtful, kind, creative coworkers. Good benefits - insurance, 401k, hybrid remote work.

Cons

Workload is unrealistic & unsustainable. Leadership does not set people up for success in the way that briefs & assignments are constant moving targets due to personal mood & ego. Roles & responsibilities are not defined. Little to no career development. HR representative does not hold a safe space, frequently shares private information. Leadership slaps arbitrary price tags on products that don't exist & expects creatives & strategists to "build the plane while flying it." Borderline mental health & age discrimination. Leadership is abrasive & insulting.
