Lets count the random, frequent firings of company executives: three engineering heads, three heads of finance, two COOs, countless mid-level people. The CEO is in over his head. He'll whine about how unlucky he is to have hired so terribly. But the only constant across all these terminations is him. The worst part is how he handles it. Without any notice or warning, you are asked to leave the building. Sometimes he even asks others to do it for him. Every new hire is a savior - until he or she "almost killed the company". You should work here if you have no other options and you really need a paycheck. Otherwise, save your soul and find a real CEO to join.
