      Pros

      There are good people at Veho - but leadership is awful.

      I have a few thoughts about the current leadership situation. The strategy they've presented seems unclear, using the metaphor of "being a cheetah" without much context. There appears to be a tendency to hire a surplus of senior staff members (who are overwhelmingly white men), while overlooking the need for more individuals to carry out the tasks at hand. Regarding Ita, the working environment has been described as toxic. High executive turnover is a concern, as those who work closely with him tend to leave the company. This could be attributed to difficulties in maintaining professional relationships with Ita.

      The work is fairly easy to pick up if you're technically inclined.

      Cons

      Similar roles at other companies pay waaaay more for the same job. Veho boasts about how much we're growing, and how much funding we're getting, but none of that is reflected in our paychecks. More and more responsibilities are added with no increase in pay. They act like the stock option makes up for it but you can't even access that for an entire year. Also, it's not a relaxed WFH job because you're in a meeting with coworkers for the entirety of your shift. Wish that would've been mentioned before I was hired.

      Cons

      Management is a joke, they are useless. Full of fake promises and will dangle pay rises, promotions and a bonus scheme in front of you without ever delivering on them. ‘Family’ business so you’re always below the family and they get all the benefits.
