Good work environment but lacks growth

Pros
Work environment is good and comfortable. Increments are good compared to industry even after covid.
Cons
Very slow progress in career and knowledge. Using old development tools and lots of restrictions in using new technologies. Skill development compared to industry standards are low because there are no interesting / complex projects. Micromanaging. Location (chennai) is also not interesting specially for bachelors. Feels like Govt. job with mundane work.
