Pros

- Good Pay (Especially the Shift pay for Engineers and Contractors) - Flexible working hours. No issues at all to work from home or to leave early - Nice Offices in San Francisco. - Good opportunity to learn and develop skills. Plenty of tools and technologies to play with.

Cons

- 100% Time tracking. You have to record every single minute of your day. Yes, this include your toilet visits. It's really, really that bad. - Very political due to a handful of managers. Promotions and opportunities are defined by personal relationships and not competence. This is very sad as some people are excellent but are purposely held back and will never progress in the company. - Constant cost savings. The company saves money by not buying paper towels and hand soap. Makes you wonder if you really work for a billion dollar company.
