      Unprofessional, gossip-based office environment, overworked

      Pros

      Aside from the management team, the juniors were great to work with, good people, and great cross-department collaboration

      Cons

      Overworked, unreasonable expectations, very little appreciation to staff aside from monthly 'cupcakes' which were bought from dollarama. Very cliquey, if you were in the inner circles you got raises and promotions, if you were out of them you might as well be looking for another job while working there. Very unorganised. No performance reviews given, high turnover of staff, probably relating to any of the above reasons.

      Coworkers were nice people to work with

      Cons

      No raises even after a year, no performance reviews, sexist and harassing work environment from management, constantly given more work duties without compensation.
