Incredibly poor administrative management. Low morale, long hours, required overtime without pay, toxic work culture, entitled patrons and board members. Minimal benefits and stagnant salaries, even when compared to other non-profits.
Great musicianship; opportunity for flexible work arrangements. Great community of employees and effort to preserve optimism despite less than conducive work conditions, environment and tools.
