Pros

Beautiful campus Amazing students Dedicated staff who want best for students

Cons

Directors are self described "good friends" w/ the two main BCBA supervisors leading to supervisees feeling uncomfortable to approach supervisor or directors. Grey ethical morals that have led to staff engaging in non-evidence-based procedures. Directors who will place the blame on others before accepting responsibility. Unorganized directors.

Pros

Well paid, rich company so supplies are never an issue.

Cons

No one is organized. The owners are racist trump supporters. The model is not conducive to teaching children with Autism. The classrooms are set up for the staff to hunker down and get by, not to teach. The specialist set up to assist the classrooms has no formal training and lets her ego get in the way of helping others.
