Pros

I found nothing except very few good co-worker

Cons

CAUTION - This place wants you to work for 70-80 hours a week and it will be clearly stated in the offer/employment letter. I joined this company and very soon I my life was made hell. I was working almost till 7-8 PM everyday and then I was being called for meeting on weekends. Literally I did not have nay time for my personal life. I was told that a lot of people in past have been given warning by Owner for not joining meetings on weekend. Don't join this pain place if you are not from India otherwise you will be sacked any time. High expectations from all departments without providing them enough resources and time. If you really want to join this company then do a good research about this company specially in Roanoke,VA because it's badly infamous for it's work culture. I did not check the company background before joining and had to pay for it. No front desk person which means if a visitor is standing outside at the door then he/she will have to wait until someone stops by the lobby and open the door and it's really very tough specially in the cold weather. I talked with a lot of young Indian professionals at this place and they told me that most of the them got stuck with this company with very low compensation because of their work visas/permit (not authorized to work with other companies) and there are a lot of Indian employees who recently left this company as soon as they got their Green Cards. This clearly depicts that this company is taking advantage of the Indian employee's visa situation. Believe me this place will make your life hell specially if you are going to join as a manager. Every manager is always in fear of loosing the job even the one who is working for last 5-6 years or more. What a pathetic place it is? Weekend / Holiday/ overnight travel policy

Pros

None at all. Bad fish in leadership/sr manager making tough for employees to survive.

Cons

The people who are part of leadership and sr management are extremely difficult to work with. Most of them are working on their alternate source of income during company office hours makes harder for loyal employees to achieve company goals.

Pros

I can not think of any Pros

Cons

CEO is very behavior is very rude and unprofessional CEO will ask the department managers to make their underneath employees work late hours /Saturday / Sunday / Holidays / Vacation and Managers will have to do so otherwise they will loose the job The manpower is very less as compare to workload because of cost cutting. Very high health insurance cost (around $650 - $1000 per month comes out from your monthly salary). Every year this amount is getting increased which is coming out of your salary. No career growth. No Job security. They will assign you a 4 month project / Task and will ask you to complete with in 15 days and if you are not able to complete it as per CEO's desire then you will be fired (in case of new hire) or demoted during your performance review (30, 60, 90 days and yearly). No respect for employee's personal life Any one who is planning to join this company, please go in Roanoke VA area and find out people who are currently working there or ex-employees to find out reality. Almost all the current employees are frustrated. Company Policies 1. Weekend Travel 2. 60-80 hours of work during one week 3. Availability on all weekends / Holidays / Vacations 4. Maximum 2 weeks of vacation at one go 5. No compensatory of even if you work 70 hours a week 6. No work from home which means for any reason (natural or personal) you can not come to office then you will have to use your personal time off / vacation for that day but CEO and other managers will call you while you are at home during your time off to do the meetings (very frustrating) 7. CEO can miss any scheduled meetings at anytime but you can not miss his meetings at any time (weekdays / weekends / Vacation / Holidays) 8. You have to check email on your phone every hour 9. No flights for 1-10 hours of drive so drive during night and attend the office in the morning 10. No hotels - CEO has rented multiple houses in Roanoke VA , Rincon GA, Pocatello ID which is the only option for you to stay when you visit these locations so you will have to share the house with other people whom you might not ever met 11. Share the rental car, CEO has left his own old car to be utilized for traveling which I am not sure how safe that is 12. Phone paging - CEO will page you 4 times with in 30 seconds if you don't reply to his page with in 2 seconds CEO always micromanages all the department
