      No experience needed for most jobs

      Cons

      You get to do everything, especially stuff that isnt related to your field, without any say about it, management is a mess, no order or benfits, you get put under a lot of stress with no compensation

      NONE. It's an absolutely TERRIBLE place.

      Cons

      Almost everything is just terrible. BAD vibes, yelling, TONS of stress, they only know how to take and take and take but never say a good word or show their gratitude. But they're very comfortable calling you on the weekends or waking you up at 7AM.
