Pros

If you want a solid learning experience for starting out in PR can’t recommend Thai company highly enough

Cons

The company is a scale up so expect a lot of responsibility from day one.

Pros

Office location at London Bridge - that's all...

Cons

Where do I start. Everything was a con, quite literally I believe the CEO sees Interns as cheap expendable labour. God knows how he managed to string along his minute clientele for so long! I was told I would be working alongside a larger team, as advertised on the website, and it ended up just being myself and the CEO. I was kept on the company website listed as an employee for months after I left - pretty sure that's some degree of illegal...Considering I was an intern, meant to learn the ropes, the CEO was almost never there and I was left to my own devices. When I wanted to leave I was threatened with legal action, although the CEO wouldn't have got very far with that as the contract I signed was so contradictory in clauses it was null and void. All in all the most unpleasant experience and I'd say to anyone considering this company to avoid it like the plague.

Pros

The location is the only pro and the office building but sadly the office has no windows and you're sat on of of the two desks directly facing the CEO.

Cons

Business model, structure, management, experience, pay and more. From the onset, the experience was horrific. The CEO told me I'll be working with a large team - there were no other colleague apart from him. He said we could hybrid work but in reality forced me into the office every day even on days he wouldn't go. He would disappear for days at a time due to the most bizarre reason and leave me to continue with business as usual although I was a junior. He was caught in a cycle of hiring a new employee and firing them within a week or two if they expressed a concern. I could go on and on but please, save yourself the drama and stress of dealing with a business built on lies, dishonesty and manipulation.
