Downward Spiral

Pros

None whatsoever at this point.

Cons

Run. Anyone still working there who isn’t upper management needs to be looking for another job. At best the CEO is just negligent and unethical but there is growing concern among employees that not everything is legit. Sure hard money is unregulated, but there are still laws. Culture is toxic, layoffs keep occurring. Get out while you can.

This company has no morals

Pros

You can gain some great skills and work experience. to put on your resume

Cons

The company prides themselves on morals and values, but doesn't actually have any. They've recently let multiple employees go without any severance package, or the human decency of one final check. In a world where everyone is struggling, WCP adds to it. My suggestion - Apply to a larger corporation that at least has legal obligations to it's employees. This company is run by a group of friends that have each others backs, even when they're in the wrong. Your growth will be stunted. The glass ceiling is unbreakable. You have to beg for decent pay and earned raises. HR is only there for show. Trust me, don't work here. You'll regret it.

Pros

They sell the dream job and deliver toxicity.

Cons

Bait and switch, zero loyalty. Brag about a family atmosphere but exclude anyone not in the original circle. CEO is an egomaniac. Refuse to address the real issues causing their financial nose dive.
