Pros

Fun, fast paced and strong team presence. Full of challenges that makes the job unique and exiting.

Cons

The IT department is new and still lacks focus as Help Desk rolls and responsibilities merge with System Administration and Network Administration. No separation of duties and therefore hard to define accountability.

Pros

- The ability to say you work for an NFL team. - 30% off at the team store. - Annual bonus and salary increase for cost of living. (Typically 2-5%) - A dedicated program for DE&I Initiatives.

Cons

- Most of senior leadership has failed up and is unqualified to do their jobs; it mainly consists of bad leaders who were hired by their friends during the max exodus of Dan Snyder. - Zero culture, often toxic, and HR/People ops is practically non-existent. - They promote secretly and seriously undervalue talent. - No real benefit for working in the NFL - we rarely get tickets to games or events and have to pay for other things like parking. - Mediocrity and poor management is enabled by senior leadership. - Employees are treated like second-class citizens in comparison to the football players.
