Pros
Due to the companies struggle in understand the roles of different employees its possible to gain significant understanding in differnet aspects of working in a SaaS company - this allows for lots of responsibility and opportunity. For many students it can be difficult to find a job that doesnt involve physical labour - this job involves sitting at a desk which might appeal to some. Can for some be relevant working experience which might look good on a CV :)
Cons
Terrible management, awful company culture, when looking behind the "shiny curtain" the company also delves into highly unethical activity. Insane amount of employee exchanges - during my around 1 year of work 10+ inidividuals got hired and left/fired. An extreme amount considering the company at the time was under 12 employees. Can make it challenging to form bonds with colleagues.
