This is a very dedicated team who look after each other. There are no politics and people genuinely care about the other folks on the team. The problems being solved are hugely important to the management of water and the environment in regions around the world.
Cons
If you are looking for a place you can hide or you want to put your feet up and pretend you are working, you won't fit in very well.
