Pros

No noteable pros except average salary

Cons

Toxic culture. Management use personal vendettas to terminate employees with no legitimate reasons. Management team based on political correctness rather than experience or expertise.

Pros

It can be a flexible workplace - if your formal leader allows it.

Cons

The most disappointing thing is the seemingly constant stream of senior leaders sleeping with younger staff members and then promoting them. It’s not even remotely discreet with some of them just charging weekends away to the company credit card. There is a lot of activity - but not much delivery. No real road map of what needs to be achieved - they seem to spend a lot of time talking about the same issues year in, year out … and doing nothing but talk. A lot of petty school yard politics which means a lot of people are not included and some very incompetent / questionable people get roles they perhaps shouldn’t. The HoFs seem to play musical chairs and almost everyone is in a secondment or acting role. This just adds to the lack of focus & constant noise. For all these reasons it can be a very demoralising and dysfunctional place to work.
