      Sexual Misconduct Galore

      A lot of time off.

      Cons

      Stay far away from this place. Multiple sexual misconduct claims always resulting in the victim being blamed, disciplined, or fired. Whistleblowers are reprimanded. And if you advocate for proper client care, you will be punished because it isn't important to the current leadership team. This is the most unethical, unprofessional, cold, and disgusting place I've ever worked in my life with the highest turnover per capita I've ever seen. You've been warned.

      Pros

      Eager to help staff grow in areas of staff interest. Very generous with training staff e.g. sending to conferences, trainings, licensure, etc. Supportive supervisors and management. Lower caseloads compared to other places I've worked.

      Cons

      Higher than average turnover due to people not realizing...and liking...how rural it is. Finding housing can be a challenge.

      Cons

      Management will target you if you speak up on illegal actions within the agency. Management will ask you to perform unethically and against your license. Management will not support you with clients. Management has unrealistic expectations of Staff. Management will retaliate blindly
