Pros
Good people in the office [not applicable to the manager]
Cons
The biggest issue is the extreme micromanagement. Every small task is watched closely, leaving no room for autonomy or trust. It feels less like guidance and more like control, which makes even simple work stressful. The tone used by management is often very harsh and dismissive, with little effort to understand different points of view. Conversations frequently turn into being spoken down to, and there’s a lack of basic professionalism. Even when management is clearly in the wrong, there is no accountability or willingness to acknowledge it, which can be extremely demotivating. Overall, the work environment feels emotionally draining. Instead of support and collaboration, there’s constant pressure and urgency, which takes a toll on morale over time.
