      Start Up @ Infancy still figuring their business plan out, yikes.

      Pros

      Ability to set your own schedule. Friendly staff and admin. You learn a lot of tools for outreach, data enrich, search, etc. A good stepping stone to an actual promising career.

      Cons

      No foundation, onboarding, p&p's, a training handbook/syllabus, nothing. Learn as you go, talk via WhatsApp. Lack of leadership, growth opportunities, and prioritizing client expectations. Semi decent third party HR in the states. BDR success looms in the path of their quest to grow the business. Would not recommend as a longterm option.

      Work from home (if that’s a pro)

      Cons

      I was told I was stupid by one of the managers (two actually, but I’ll get to that). She said “you went to university, you’re meant to smarter than me. Hmm I’m not sure”. She also sent me a mad email swearing at one point because I was underperforming. In addition, I was on a zoom call with both managers one time sharing my screen, and one said ‘finally we’ve found a job you can do!' I could hear the other one sniggering in the background. i could have been depressed or suicidal for all they knew but they clearly didnt give a monkeys

      Terrible Executive Management and Poor Customer satisfactionr

      Pros

      Remote working. For the first few weeks the Directors are charming and seem like visionaries, as the mist settles, its clear they are day dreamers and sell pipe dreams to clients and employees. No business processes and reactive business descisions.

      Over promise and under deliver Dishonest Bad company culture
