They provide employees with a few scraps er snacks in the break room.

Cons

Corporate cronyism at its finest. If you aren't best buds with leaders, don't expect much of a career path here. They just don't provide it. They're also not very competitive with their wages (unless you're an exec or friend of the board). Just look at the five or so fake reviews by one of their leaders on this site (worried about his rep), THAT guy is ridiculous. It's easy to see what type of dishonesty goes on there. I would avoid this place! Worst company I've ever worked for.

Pros

Incentivized personal growth, fun outside of work activities. Anything outside of the call center, I would recommend.

Cons

The management in Member Service needs sensitivity training and ethical training. I feel that they are insensitive, degrading, and do not meet the requirements that Xyngular has for its department leaders. If you are looking for a good call center job, I would not recommend this one.

We have been investing heavily in our manager training over the past year, but will continue to work on training to ensure that management at Xyngular allows employees to thrive and do the best work. We investigate the feedback provided and escalate it either to the individual anonymously or management to take action. However, we can always improve our process! -Pay is okay, depending on the role -Management is willing to invest in your growth

Cons

-Toxic and manipulative rhetoric is a common occurrence. -They encourage feedback, but it's all talk. Whenever negative feedback is given to upper management, it is thrown back onto the employee to change their attitude, or get out. -The threat of 'not being a culture fit' looms over your head constantly, and fear of your removal for this reason is constant. -Very egotistical managers and directors.
