      Don't recommend - toxic environment and culture

      Pros

      - flexible/remote working - product is quite fun to work with

      Cons

      - founders are patronizing and quite rude - whenever you try to challenge their views or disagree with them they get incredibly defensive and will start ignoring you - 'serial entrepreneurs' who care way more about profit than the mission of the company or quality of the product - zero consideration for social and environmental impact - agree with the review below about inflamed egos - very much a thing

      Pros

      working from home full time and that the founder lived in france so didn't have to be in the presence of him. via zoom was bad enough

      Cons

      - very little support and little training - no accountability done by leadership and lots of blame shifting - toxic environment and bullying encouraged

      Cool product to work You can work from home That's all

      - The founders are always in a bad mood, they are never happy, always dissatisfied, for any detail they make a scandal. They bother you on weekends, and they constantly micromanage you. They are rude and they promote bullying. They generate conflicts among all (even the founders fight with each other in front of their employees). - You can have a lot of experience and be sure of what you do, but if you think differently from the founders, you won't last long. - Employees do not last more than 3 months because they are fired. (That happens because if you say what you think in this company, the founders will fire you) - Do not believe the 5-star reviews, they are fake.
