      Pros

      Getting to know the Denver nonprofit community is rewarding and useful if you plan to stay in Denver.

      Cons

      So stressful. Executive seem to often covering for each other and the work and stress gets placed on the always changing staff; not looking out for work-life balance of employees; questionable tactics to get new clients; constantly changing attitude and reaction from bosses; overreaction = stress.

      Pros

      Flexibility in schedule. Working with the Denver non-profit community is rewarding.

      Cons

      Lack of cohesive management structure to help ensure realistic workloads and quality products results in high staff turnover. Because there is a constant need to train new employees and re-assign clients, the work environment is stressful and significant energy is spent re-establishing relationships with frustrated clients.
