Pros

Some good people (coworkers) still there, newer office. Small office.

Cons

Overall very Unorganized, expected to work too many late nights/weekends on little to no notice. Project deadlines too tight to produce decent work. Poor structure, individuals expected to develop and run with entire project with very little support, no “teams” in this office, all “I’s”! Put all their “eggs in one basket” - Meaning if someone gets sick, injured, etc. the entire office will be stretched too thin and will be asked to go above and beyond continually in order to complete their tasks. Small office.

Pros

Extended time off benefits if you ever have time to use them, located in a nice area, nice view, if you like drama this is the lance for you.

Cons

Leadership consist on making people work tons of hours. No profesional values. No mentorship. Gossip culture. Management love to play sarcasm.

Negative Culture and No Leadership

Pros

They offer generous paid time off.

Cons

Leadership in the Scottsdale office is non-existent. Management belittles, fabricates rumors, ignores, mocks, sabotages and isolates the staff. The office structure is very much based off of finger-pointing and favoritism. It is very disorganized and communication from management to team members is so poor that you are inevitably going to be given the wrong information before submitting to a client or cornered into completing a task in an impossible timeline with no information. There is no support whatsoever - when an employee is tasked with a tough deadline, which is very often, they will be expected to stay at the office through the night or come in on the weekend, while management leaves at the same time every day and never rolls up their sleeves and helps with anything. There are no opportunities for growth. You are promised opportunities to travel and expand within the company, but management only gives these opportunities to themselves. The overall office “culture” is very negative - no one interacts with each other, there is a lot of whispering behind people’s backs and management is unapproachable.
