Pros
I cannot think of anything good about this company.
Cons
The CEO is very condescending; he constantly belittles staff. You are constantly expected to justify your worth and explain why you were hired. They share timed assessments with invigilators, ideally exams, which cover areas where you have not received training and are departments you do not work in. The environment is very toxic, and it is built on fear. The workload is very high, making it hard to maintain a work-life balance. The company has a culture of dogpilling; instead of problems being handled professionally, company meetings are used to berate staff through anonymity. The turnover is so high, on average 2-4 people leave every month. This is not a company I would advise anyone to join, especially if you're beginning your career; it will make you hate employment when there are better companies out there that respect people and value the work they do.
