      Cons

      Great environment for those who want to move quickly, ship quickly, learn quickly. Not so great for those who are looking for a 9 to 5.

      Pros

      - High trust across all teammates - A great culture with a positive atmosphere - They push for self-learning. The "Ziina Office Hours Program" has builders from the top companies globally mentor the team.

      Cons

      - Work-life balance is not always there. They go through periods of intense sprints followed by short relaxation/exploration periods where you can experiment with new ideas.

      - small team, some very nice folks - you can majorly contribute and move things if you're up for it - you can learn a lot in the domain of fintech - product has very neat design - salary is ok

      Cons

      - team has little experience with strong opinions - whole upper management are siblings, little trust in anyone else - interview process - you'll be put trough a lot of strange questions
