No best reason to work here
Cons
No vision of company. Won't pay you salary, when asked for salary they will ask you to leave the company. Abuses the employee on asking salary. Even after leaving the company they will not pay your full and final settlement. Company is not authorise. Company don't have money, just want employee to work for free

I have not seen or felt any pros in the company. I don't think founders can also explain this part.
Cons
- I had to give it a 1 star because there was nothing lower than that - No salary - They keep saying that it will be credited, but it will take an eternity, and then you lose patience. - Work-life balance - Forget about it, you might receive a call from the manager at 12 AM or in the morning at 6 AM, you never know. - No vision - No timelines - No plan for the product - They brag a lot, but those things can't be seen in their actions - They know how to make your life hell - Your ideas won't be appreciated or considered - They will make you feel inferior
