      Strong leadership overshadowed by poor pay and layoffs

      Pros

      The leadership that’s currently at the VP and Director level should be the ones running the company.

      Cons

      Poor pay, poor benefits (no matched 401k, no remote work stipends, etc), constant layoffs (4 in the past 2 years and no severance)

      Pros

      Everything I asked for to be successful was provided. Everyone I worked with across departments was generally very knowledgeable, helpful and consistent.

      Cons

      My only complaint was that I don't work there anymore. I was let go in a layoff.

      Pros

      Not many to list here. They typically run around like a chicken without a head. There is no structure, its very much a daily fire drill.

      Cons

      No structure Leadership is moving backward. Dropping the SaaS based side of their business to only focus on API connections.
