Pros

- Flexible timing - You can reach office late, as long as you do your work, no-one cares. - Salary - There are no deductions in the salary except the professional tax. You get what's written in your offer letter. - No employment contract - No bonds, exit rules, etc.

Cons

- There are no substantial learning and growth opportunities in this company. They do not work to make the best of the products. The company works around on how to make the most number of products in a given time (which results in the flooding of projects). This makes the work, especially in the creative departments (2D, 3D designing and animation) more of a copy paste thing instead of innovation and inspiration and results in extreme monotony in the field of creativity. Similar to tying up the wings of a bird. - The work culture here is absolutely zilch but negative! - Flexible timing - It was in pros, wasn't it? Well, that's what I thought initially just after joining this company in October 2017. But, with them, the meaning of flexible timing is just the opposite. Work can come to you at any time, no matter where you are, what you're doing, you are expected to do it right then and there. - There is no "work-life balance" in this company as stated in some of the reviews. People begin their work in the early morning at 7-8 AM from their home, come to the office - do their work and continue doing their work after reaching home till 1-2 AM in the night. - Work-life balance is the worst for those who are in the 2D and 3D departments in this company. Since they are working on the company's PC setup at their premise, they have to stay up late and most of the time overnight to work stay on an extremely hectic schedule because of the flooding of projects (since they do not work on quality videos but only the quantity of videos). Salary - Underpaid for the quantity and quality of work people do. - Officially they say the monthly employee compensation will be given on the next 15th of every month. Which in my entire span of 1 year and 4 months, more than 3 quarters of the time it was delayed till 18th. Mind you, this is the 18th of the next month. Which means, for the salary of January per se, they promise you to pay it on the 15th of Feb. - They do not sign an employment contract with the employee neither they have any rules mentioned in their offer letter for the time when you wish to exit the company. They will straight away deny paying your last month's due if you leave without giving any notice (do take note there are no exit rules or any contract signed ever). - On the other hand, if the employees ask the management to pay their salaries which are more than a week late than the official date of 15th, they simply fire them without giving any notice period. - Some seniors, who could be considered as an inspiration, are in reality nothing but a big fat cloud of arrogance, ego, eccentricity, and pride. Who will rain on you anytime you utter the words "..having an issue with the company..". They instead of actually inspiring you will tell you about their meaningless triumphant, which will have very less to do with your issue and more do with bragging about their accomplishments. - Company does not shy away from telling you to leave the job and that they can get another one like you the very next day, to your face. - After listening to all of the above, there is no proper appreciation for an employee who actually works and provide results over those who know how to wag their tails around the people they can gain some reputation and power from.

Pros

Cool thing is we work with a lot of international clients. You learn how to edit for different audiences in the US and UK. It is definitely a good experience if you want to work on bigger global campaigns later.

Cons

i would love to have a designated mentor i could check in with once a week.
