Toxic upper management, could be a grinder, lack of clear vision/strategy, shady sales tactics that weren't necessary when the core of the services were so good.
Coworkers are dedicated to the growth and success of their fellow colleagues. Despite the company being remote, there is always someone there to bounce ideas off of. Additionally, devCodeCamp encourages their employees to become lifelong learners.

Remote work is nice, but some of the responsibilities of instructors at devCodeCamp could be better conducted in person.
