Pros
Coworkers are dedicated to the growth and success of their fellow colleagues. Despite the company being remote, there is always someone there to bounce ideas off of. Additionally, devCodeCamp encourages their employees to become lifelong learners.
Cons
Remote work is nice, but some of the responsibilities of instructors at devCodeCamp could be better conducted in person.

World class leadership and management. Everybody cares about the success of the students and it’s great to work with a motivated group of people with a common goal.
Cons
Can be chaotic at times depending on the student to teacher ratio.
