      Rewarding work, fantastic team, mostly flexible.

      Toxic upper management, could be a grinder, lack of clear vision/strategy, shady sales tactics that weren't necessary when the core of the services were so good.

      Getting to help change lives, great coworking situation, remote work makes life easier, and a good salary (while it lasted)

      PTSD flash backs when I hear the chime of a slack notification, having to convince recruiters that this company actually existed and isn't just a lie on my resume
