It may be a good place to gain a few years' experience.
Cons
They don't value employees, especially tellers, little pay , no food, it's almost exploitation. It's impossible for a teller to get time to study and getting a different role is also difficult, I wouldn't advice anyone with aspirations to join Dfcu as a teller.
