      Good things are there. But bad things also.

      Good place to start. Working with international project and there is too many. Always can update knowledge and skills.

      Cons

      There is some mid level management problem and processing problems. There will be no benefits. Only you can get is salary but, that is also not a big one.

      Poor management. Strict on 'Sit on Chair' rule. Be carefull with colleuegs who are jeolus about other employer's promotion and growth. can't have a healthy mindset. low salary if you even work day and night. Favourism.
