A Highly Unethical and Dysfunctional Environment
Pros
If they like you, you don't have to do actual work for a single day in your time of employment there.
Cons
This company creates a toxic environment that severely impacts both your personal well-being and professional growth. From my experience, working here led to constant frustration and a growing sense of disillusionment. It’s hard to stay motivated when you’re constantly faced with unrealistic expectations, a lack of support, and a leadership team that seems out of touch with the reality of the workplace. I’ve witnessed firsthand how decisions are made, and it’s clear that employees are treated as mere pawns in a game that has little regard for their careers or lives. The company's leadership constantly shifts without clear direction or purpose. In one year, the organizational structure was changed three times publicly, but internally it was even more chaotic. I also saw troubling behavior from the leadership team. For example, during a final meeting with the COO, I felt belittled and disrespected. It was clear that loyalty and commitment were undervalued, and rather than fostering growth and development, management sought to tear down employees who spoke up or expressed hope for the company’s success. Unfortunately, the management team lacks both vision and competence, especially in departments like marketing and sales, where key performance indicators (KPIs) are constantly changed without any empirical reasoning behind them. Leadership often ignores valid data and instead evaluates employees based on whether they are willing to play along with their questionable practices. The culture here is toxic, where confidentiality promises are broken, and important decisions are made behind closed doors with no transparency. Senior leadership, including the CEO, may show a facade of goodwill, but in practice, they are often overruled by others, leading to disorganization and frustration across departments. A particularly disturbing moment was when a senior consultant was asked to use his personal LinkedIn profile for cold outreach messages to prospects. This kind of manipulation and lack of professional ethics reflects the core issues of the company. I urge you to think long and hard before joining. The environment here is harmful to both your career and well-being.
