Pros
At ETelecare, the teamwork that I experienced was exemplary; everyone helps everyone else, there are no boundaries of departments or sites. There is respect for the individual and acknowledgement for work well done.
Cons
Post merger with Stream, one hears a some negatives. There have been a lot of resignations, basically the Filipino culture seems to have een replced by the MNC culture, which may be good or bad, depending upon where one stands.
